Yes, that's one of the unique advantages of prefab construction. BANKOLE houses are designed for easy disassembly and relocation, allowing you to move the entire structure to a new site if necessary. IDERA complies with the Secured Transactions in Movable Assets Act, 2017 (STMAA) — meaning your land remains yours even if you're unable to finance your home due to insolvency.
